Refund policy

Shipping & Return Policy

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including returns. We do not offer free shipping or free returns.

  • Return Process:

    • You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

    • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

    • To initiate a return, contact us at contact@twobrothers.co. Returns should be sent to:

    • We’ll send you a return label, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Damaged Items:

    • If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately.

    • Please take photos of the damaged product and packaging. We can process your return and issue a full refund if the damage occurred during shipping (our packages are insured for this).

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

    • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

  • Exchanges:

    • To exchange an item, return the current one and place a new order for the desired item.

  • Refunds:

    • After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

    • Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

    • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
