Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including returns. We do not offer free shipping or free returns.

Return Process:

You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

The item must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We’ll send you a return label, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately.

Please take photos of the damaged product and packaging. We can process your return and issue a full refund if the damage occurred during shipping (our packages are insured for this).

Non-Returnable Items:

Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, return the current one and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds:

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
