    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Shipping Methods & Timelines:

    • We offer different shipping options, which will be displayed during checkout.

    • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping method and your location. Weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances can affect delivery.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping rates depend on package weight, size, and destination. The cost will be shown during checkout before you finalize your order.

  • Order Confirmation:

    • Since we sell both online and in-store, your order needs to be confirmed by our staff. If any items are missing or short, we’ll contact you to either substitute the item, refund the missing items, or send the rest of your order.

    • If you prefer, you can cancel the order and place a new one once we receive new shipments.

  • Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    • Please allow time for tracking updates, as it may take a little while for the carrier to update the status.

  • International Shipping:

    • We currently only ship within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages:

    • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you.

  • Shipping Restrictions:

    • Some items are for in-store purchases only and cannot be shipped. These items will be clearly marked in the store, and you will be notified during checkout if any restrictions apply.
